There are some wedding days that just stay with you—and this fall wedding at Saint Francis Xavier Catholic Church in La Grange, paired with Salvage One in Chicago, was absolutely one of them.

From the moment I stepped into the church, I was in awe. Saint Francis Xavier is truly breathtaking—its cathedral-like beauty, soaring ceilings, and reverent stillness set the tone for something so much bigger than just a wedding day. As a Catholic wedding photographer, these are the kinds of spaces that make you pause, take a breath, and remember exactly why you do what you do. The Mass itself was deeply emotional—there wasn’t a dry eye in the room.
